ChengdeThe main six components of small-scale domestic sewage treatment equipment are:
(1) Primary sedimentation tank: It is a vertical flow sedimentation tank, and the settled sludge is lifted into the sludge tank by air.
(2) Contact oxidation tank: In the initial sedimentation tank, water flows automatically to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three levels, and the filling material is novel, which is easy to prevent blockage of the conjunctiva.
(3) Secondary sedimentation tank: After biochemical treatment, the sewage flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, which is a parallel operation of two vertical flow sedimentation tanks.
(4) Disinfection pool: The disinfection pool should be disinfected for 30 minutes according to the standard specifications, using solid chlorine tablets for contact dissolution.
(5) Sludge tank: All sludge from the primary and secondary sedimentation tanks is lifted into the sludge tank by air for digestion. After digestion, there is very little remaining sludge, and a suction truck is used to transport it out by inserting it into the bottom of the sludge tank through the holes.
(6) Fan room and fan: The fan is located above the disinfection area, and the inlet is equipped with double-layer sound insulation, mufflers, and fan filters, so that it operates without noise.
Operation process of small-scale domestic sewage treatment equipment:
(1) The installation and debugging personnel first need to open the inlet valve and outlet valve, turn on the equipment inlet lifting pump, and send the sewage from the regulating tank to the primary sedimentation tank.
(2) When the water level reaches 1/2 of the height of the equipment during initial use and debugging, stop water intake, open the inlet valve of the fan to start the fan, and then open the outlet valve of the fan.
(3) The staff should touch the seasoning with their hands to see if there is a sticky feeling, and observe the growth of microorganisms in the water until a biofilm grows, and then continue to deliver sewage to the equipment.
(4) Observing the flow state of the water in the secondary sedimentation tank, it is generally necessary to discharge the sludge every 24 hours. When discharging the sludge, open the discharge solenoid valve and use air lifting to lift the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank to the sludge tank.
(5) Add disinfectant to the disinfection tank according to the required degree, and partially dissolve the agent to achieve the purpose of disinfection.
(6) Irregularlysmall-scaleDomestic sewage treatment equipmentThe water quality of the effluent is tested to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
